Dave — Organizational change is normally the go-to when something is not working just right. But, I argue it isn’t necessarily the best option. Improving the structure won’t fix the people. It won’t fix the culture. Reorganization sounds like a brilliant idea, but starting over stands to bring more tumult.

Reorganization re-energizes and sometimes wipes away some of the bad apples, but it frequently fails.
