I’ve experienced severe anxiety since childhood, so I have become pretty good at pinpointing my triggers and managing the feelings that follow. However, after I had my son, I found myself reeling. My anxiety was out of control. I was having multiple panic attacks daily, and nothing I was doing was helping.
